"my sister returned back to new orleans for China and has been looking for an apartment. she spoke with someone at Aladdin Castle the day before to she wanted to view one of the apartments because no photos are available online. the office closes at 5pm on week days. she arrived at 3:30pm just to make sure someone was there to help her. when she arrived she was unable to get into the office, there was not any notice that the consultants would be out or even a return time. she waited for nearly 45mins before deciding to leave. this is very unprofessional and no ones time should be wasted as such."
