"For an apartment complex, Alexas Garden Apartments, is a quieter, nicer place of residence on the West Bank. Kids can be seen playing in the courtyard, which is quite refreshing to see; kids just don't play outside anymore like they used to. 2 stories are the buildings & I dare not count the number of units on each level... but there's alot. Once inside, I find the walls to be a little thicker than most apartment complexes, as I couldn't hear the neighbors chattering or vibrations in the walls. I saw coin operated laundry facilities, not super large, but its there. Gated community, but the parking is outside the gates."

"I occupied an apartment here from 02/2013 until 09/2016. This was my experience. - With the exception of Jessica, management ran property poorly. - Washers and dryers on property, however, they do not work. Some washers and dryers do not work altogether. Some of the dryers do not dry your clothes completely even when following the listed rules. (No refunds were given for broken/faulty equipment although there is no signage warning tenant equipment is broken.) - Pool is on property as well. however, there is a $15 surcharge per season, to swim. - With the exception of Jessica, management was never available during listed business hours. There was never any prior warnings of when these times would be. - My apartment was entered without my knowledge or consent on several occasions. Things were tampered with and taken. I know because doors were left opened and the thermostat was tampered with on several occasions. - Work orders for the apartment were not completed in a timely fashion. - During 2016, in the last 4 - 5 months, the complex suddenly became INFESTED with rodents. They were everywhere, except the bathroom. Other than two (2) old glue traps being laid out in the kitchen, no other attempts were made to exterminate the vermin. One of the vermin even made its way into the body of my vehicle. DO NOT, I REPEAT, DO NOT MOVE HERE. THEY ARE NOT WHAT THEY USED TO BE."
