"This area is very dangerous it’s been like 4 people that die in them. Complex in less than 2 years there’s no cameras no nothing the apartments are big but everything gets ruined fast and also there’s a lot of fly’s and big roaches"

"I would stay clear away from Cypress Park Apartments. The pictures on the internet do not match the actual apartment buildings. The apartments were recommended to me, but they are run down and physically unappealing. The inside was okay, but it could have been better. When I asked to get out of the lease, after never sleeping there, I was told to give two months rent to be relieved from living in that nightmare. As a working woman, the conditions of the apartments are unsanitary, unsafe, and misleading. If you want better, don't go with Metrowide Apartments. The owner was not kind, and his motives are strictly to get money. PLEASE stay away for your own good. These people are not about people, but they are all about the money. They are dishonest, but they did hear me out. Nonetheless, I was not treated fairly based on coming from out of town. Never sign a lease without viewing the property in person. Don't trust the pictures on the internet."
