The two front ladies in the office are very kind sweet and if you have any problem with paying your rent, just go up there and talk to them and they will help you I could not find a better apartment to live in. "Terrible apartments. You can hear a lot through the floor and the walls, noisy neighbors with kids, roaches EVERYWHERE. Been living here for two years. Ida destroyed a lot of apartments and they still are not fixed, especially towards the back of the apartment where I live. Management is nice but other than that, I really would not suggest moving here."

"Worse Apartments ever. Just moved in. Bugs are in the unit. It dose not look like no one cleaned after the last tenets. Then after doing a walk around the apartment I found the AC dose not work, the guest bathroom door dose not close, the front door seal is not on the bottom of the door which would allow bugs to come through. After informing the office of the matter I'm then told I have to wait another week before someone can come and over see the unit. They just took my money like everything was all good. On top of that I waited over a month for a unit after being lied to about were I would be placed in the apartments. Don't let these scum lords take your money and sell you dreams. This place nasty period. The pictures online are not for these apartments. You were warned ⚠️"

"I wish I could give zero stars. The pictures on apartment.com are not for this property. when i moved in, my apartment was not fully cleaned and did not have a working fridge. I was given a working fridge that was filthy. My ac also didn't work because the unit had ice so I was given a window unit. Pest control happened twice in the year I lived here. The property is quiet except for the occasional couple screaming at each other or gun shots once. Renters beware. Chose another property."

"This place is so trashy. I was supposed to move into this place two weeks ago. They showed me a apartment that had roaches crawling up the walls!! Dead roaches on the countertop in the kitchen!!!! Some type of dead bugs in the bathtub. The manger and the assistant manager are both rude as hell. The website is so misleading they show the upgraded apartment on the website but few are available. I went back to view a upgraded apartment and it sucked too. When i arrived to the upgraded apartment the maintenance works were arguing over who was going to take the boxes to the trash from the upgraded apartment.. One guy was working and the other one was sitting on the truck eating. Upon walking into the apartment i was done at the door.. The first door I saw was cracked and painted over in this upgraded apartment as I continue the tour . I went into the bathroom there was still an old shower head and old knobs in the shower .. This is supposed the be newly remodel and upgraded and there was still old equipment in the apartment.. There was water in the light fixture in the bathroom. I would not recommend anyone move into this place. The leasing agents were nice but they didn't couldn't tell you anything.. If I was a manger and a future tenant had a problem I would at least come out my office to apologize for the inconvenience of the place not being ready.. It never happened not one time!"
