"I was trying to get an apartment there and went on their website to do the Application. Did the Application and paid the $50 Application Fee. Was not contacted by anyone. So I contacted the Office and was told that they "do not have any units available". I asked about refunding my Application Fee and the lady stated that I would get it back. It has been 3 months and I am still getting the runaround with my refund."

"I live in 1 of Mr. Brent's apartment on Tara Ln, back in 2015 I had no problems living back there besides people that shouldn't be living on Tara Ln period. I moved to Minneapolis,Minnesota because my grand daughter was born here so I wanted too move out here. But need I say if and when I move back home I will most definitely move in 1 of Mr. Brent's apartment best landlord ever once you get to know him you'll like him too I promise you will great guy to me."
