"Overall a nice area to live in. But the washers and dryers are still broken. I didn't even know the place has a gym. Also one important thing is that it seems like this place is not kid friendly at all. Little kids are noisy most of the time. The walls between the apartments are pretty thin. You can hear just about everything. But any noise complaints will not be looked into they will automatically held against you. If you have kids, I wouldn't recommend staying here."

"As my lease comes to an end I can give a more accurate review of the property. The pros I've had staying here is my neighbor is very quiet and I haven't had any issues. I do like the lay out of the apartments. I haven't had any problems as far as roaches and rats. Building relationships with the hard working tenants here and maintenance. I haven't had any issues as far a car break ins. The cons are the washer and dryer has been broken for about 8 months of the my 12 month stay. It's true about the bats...you can hear them at night! My apartment was very raggedy from the day I moved in. I was not allowed into the unit until I actually signed the lease. I was in complete shock of the condition of the apartment!! You will not get much fixed ..at all. They are going up on the rent payment. You have very limited access to the amenities. Like the pool is always locked and disgusting and the gym seems like that's locked for the most part. With in the past 6 months we've had 2 shootings near my unit. Try not to get a unit along the back gate that is shared with Walnut Square. .you will get they noise and drama from over the fence. The parking is not great. After thoroughly going through each pro and con ..the cons out weigh which affects the rating."
