"This place is horrible. The property manager girlfriend and others jump me while I was 8 months pregnant. And put me out. Don't support."

"I move here 6 years ago. I had to have a police report. Anybody can get in here now . Just have your money. That's all that matters here. The staff is not professional anymore. There is nothing here like I first move here. Now, this is a horrible place to live. I paid 700 dollars a month. I have Rats. I've reported it to management and have waiting for services. I have no cold running water in my kitchen. It's a mess. I'm getting out here soon, in the Name of Jesus."

"Stay away.The place is horrible. There is always fights in the courtyard area. There was a shooting there that happened and had to wait across the street because police surrounded the building. Tenants play their music very very loud. People are in the swimming pool being loud all night long. I had to move because their was a leak in the hallway, no one came, I had to put towels down. I went to work and came back and about six foot of the ceiling fell to the floor. Mold developed throughout the living room and kitchen walls. I saw a guy walking on the balcony with a gun in his hand."

"These apartment are a waste of your hard earned money. Only new thing is the paint they put on the buildings and the broken security gate If you want peace and quiet this is not it to many kids running around unsupervised to many ppl leave trash all over the property here. The office is always close can't contact anyone the property is always filled with trash and furniture. The landlord is never on the property to make sure rules are being followed. When something breaks you will be waiting to get it fix maintenance the maintenance is not professional. My experience was horrible in these apartments."

"I stood there for quite some time the first owner Ron was never there but always showed up when rent was due, and he made sure repairs were done. Then Ron sold the property to a group where Curtis became the landlord, he's a good guy but a horrible landlord refused to do repairs. I made a request to have water that was coming into my apartment in December fast forward to July and the repair was still not done at which time I moved. Now I hearing it's under new mangment and from the street I can see a drastic improvement on the property which is why I gave it a 3 star rating."
