"If I could put 0 stars I WOULD! The landlord is rude. She works 4 hours per day! How can you get things done in 4 hours? SHE CANT. This apartment complex is a mess. They are going up on rent but not fixing anything in these apartments. Lots of Roaches in every unit. Pest control doesn’t come out because you have to put in a work order and they’re busy. I’ve been in these apartments for years and one of the previous landlords Ms. Laura always got the job done. This new company is horrible. Water has been leaking for 6 months, AC not working, roach infestation, they paint over the MOLD, etc. DONT RENT HERE!"

"This is the worst place ever No I don’t rent from them but my friend do there is nowhere for guest to park my car was towed I had to pay $220 to get my car back my friend had to pay to they towed his car a few times and he Live there Went to talk with the lady in the office yup nasty attitude now they calling the police because ppl are parking on the side of the road police out there putting tickets on ppls cars this is so Sad and that tow truck company midcity towing when you go to get your car they wanna talk about your mommy I had to cuss him out oh he can’t count I gave him $220 and he gave me $9 dollars change back this is So Sad"

"I live here currently. I have been without hot water for about a month. This is the third time this year, I have gone an extended period of time without hot water. Everytime I complain about it, I get a terrible excuse about the repairs to the water heater. The same repairs that I've been waiting for months for the complex to make. The complex's phones don't seem to work now, and I work during the hours the office is open. So no one can take my complaint anymore."
