"This is going to be a bit of a long review. But I hope to highlight the pros and cons of living here. I was an incoming student who had never lived in NOLA before and wanted to be close to the downtown campus. I will start with the positives: - Close to Tulane campus and buildings. - Easier to make friends if you are new because everyone is from Tulane in the building - The staff. Truly. The front desk staff is super nice and helpful. The leasing specialist is perhaps one of the nicest people I have had the pleasure of interacting with. She has helped me and countless people in the 1315 community with a plethora of problems and issues. As someone who did not have my family in NOLA, she made this building feel like a home for us. There have been times where me and my fellow colleagues have found a person who listens to our problems beyond the scope of their job. I am truly thankful for her during my time at 1315, and I know my colleagues feel the same way. -really fast to fix any issues you have. As mentioned, the staff will go above and beyond to try and fix anything wrong - utilities included. This was nice because it was so hassle free. Internet speeds are good as well. - furnished. The furniture and the appliances are nice. Cons: - over priced. These are not luxury apartments, but rather luxury dorms. - Not realty a dorm either. Really only thing Tulane about this place is that all the residents are from Tulane. In the back end, like the senior management etc is not really geared towards students and such. Since this building technically belongs to another outside company, that company is not trying to do you any favors and is not lenient on anything. This is of course understandable since they are a private business. BUT expressing ones self as Tulane affiliated should mean that you recognize that you are dealing with a student population. In essence, branding ones self as a helpful Tulane resource but not actually acting as one is not appropriate. -the building makes no effort to make the surrounding areas safe which can be dangerous for certain people. But once you’re in the building its super safe. - overpriced. Yes, I know I said that already. But it’s overpriced by A LOT. There are also 0 amenities. Conclusion: Would I live chose to live here again if I went back in time? Yes. 100%. Being able have a secure hassle free place to live was so important to me as I did not know much about NOLA beforehand. Thus, this makes a good place for people who are able to spend some cash for everything to be streamlined. Would I live here again after making friends and finding my footing? No, there are cheaper places where are also much better in basically every aspect save for location."

"I have lived here for a little over a year. The apartment building itself is very nice, and the building is freshly renovated. However, the stock photos on the website of the area around the building do not accurately represent the safety concern. If you are not from New Orleans or familiar with the area, I would definitely take a second look before moving here."

"The property managers of this apartment complex are the best! So kind and helpful with everything as well as being dedicated to making it a home for all of the tenants. Very clean apartment and fully furnished which made moving to New Orleans easier."
