"The manager took over 40 days to return my security deposit. My rent was paid in full and there was no property damage—they just failed to send the check in a timely manner to the correct address. There are also security issues. My bike and several others were stolen from the bike storage area. My packages were repeatedly stolen. Two of the building doors are broken, not automatically closing shut and locking. I personally experienced an intruder walking the hallways and trying doors, including mine. My neighbor had to chase someone out of his apartment. When I sent the Ring video of someone trying my door to the manager, she said they "take security very seriously". Several months later, when I was moving out, the doors were still broken."
