"They are so unprofessional they deny you keep your deposit for long periods of time before you are Denied they give you the run round and they demand you to put the deposit down and it doesn't mean you actually have the Apartment but they have you thinking once you put your deposit down its locked and seal but it's not it's I was called two days before my contract signing they told me I was denied and the 1st was when it's time for me to move in i was told you are denied after they told me that I was approved they said the compliance people said no and I had to unpack and stay were I was trying to move from I lost so much money cause I had to pay double the rent cause they had me cancel my lease from my old home end up signing another lease paying another deposit say to anybody please watch out for this place you will find yourself homeless dealing with flint apartments I was so desperate because of my old apartment ac went out so I thought it would've been a perfect fit but it didn't turn out that way first time I went in it was very unprofessional I had to call human resources to let them know howthings were being handled I could write a long letter cause this is the Worst experience I have ever hand please take it under consideration before giving them your hard earned money......"
