"He was good about fixing stuff but screwed me out of part of my deposit. If you pay anything in cash, make sure to be able to bring the receipts. Also my car got broken into a couple times there and my scooter got stolen from the parking lot, even though it was locked and chained up. They refuse to do anything about the random bums that lurk around late night. Overall there's definitely worse places to live, it's a good deal for the money and the location. Much love to you David but you got out on me with the difference on that deposit. I get it, times are tough but no blessings will come from the little bit of money that you manage to scam out of people that don't have that much to begin with. I wish the best for yall and I hope your father is doing well."

"Place is literally falling down around the tenants ankles. Nothing is ever really fixed, its just patched to fall apart again. Landlord claims what he charges in rent is comparable to the neighborhood-- what he fails to accept is other properties are better maintained and have better amenities so your are getting your money's worth at other properties. I have prob about 50 pictures of stuff that was wrong in my apartment, these don't even chip the iceberg of what was wrong in that place- so I did what almost every tenet does when they realize what he is about- I saved and I moved. I love where i am now. I am still uptown, but I now pay less rent w better amenities and no hassle landlord. renting done right."
