"I just moved in with my two girls, one being on the spectrum, and when I say Ayanna was so so pleasant and patient. I needed to move asap and she got me in there the same week. She was super nice to me and my family. Even when we were moving in, she offered cold water to my family moving the heavy stuff all while showing an apartment to someone else. I do feel if I run into any issues, she’ll take care of it."

"if i can give 0 stars i would currently stay here since november no ac has every work i have asthmatic kids .. no proper tour was given at all.when i first move here when i moved then i saw the apartment problem and just like now i barely can sleep home due to the ac not working i have to work also it rarely even time for me to go in the office so i either put a work order in or email . Rats running through the building especially the apartment i am leasing due to the abandoned buildings surrounding with no lights outside ..just was not want the website has proven ceiling paint are leaking not move in ready at all i would not recommend to anyone at all . this is a s*** show literally. dont get me started on the maintenance man who forgot about my lock and decided to give it to me and had yet to put the lock on its still wrapped up in a brown box sitting on the counter.my tub is a mess someone just put paint on the walls I have to sleep with my windows and patio doors open when i do decide to come home cause i want to be in my own place just to get a breeze . so thats means im up making sure no one gets in because it not a gated community . the pictures that is shows is NO WHERE NEAR THE REALITY . AND RENT CHANGES AND NOT THE SAME .. NOT WORTH ANYBODY $1400 changes has to be made they need faster construction workers for tbe abandoned apartments and maintenance in not 24/7 because when it comes to the heat that is an emergency literally no one could sleep like that wouldn’t recommend to my worse enemy.Do not move here you will truly regret it like i have ."

"Did a tour at these apartments all I could do is laugh. I don’t know how people live here, renovated or not. I’m leaving this review just for simple awareness of potential renters. The outside of it looks like some type of factory. 1st red flag..Once arrived, we walked into the office the lady asked me to bring the iPad she should’ve already given to her coworker prior to the tour.. I’m all about professionalism, so if that were me I would’ve introduced myself ( she didn’t ), and walked my clients to my coworker, introduced the clients and handed the worker the iPad. I don’t know how some of y’all keep jobs honestly.. 2. Trash was on the property grounds, clearly looks there’s no maintenance there. The pools looked nasty. You can tell they do not get serviced! 3. The apartment we toured smelled OLD, my bf does plumbing, he immediately said “ No thanks “ as the plumbing looked & IS terrible, and out of date.. The AC is old as well! It’s the AC’s with the toggles, please upgrade. 4. There was a DEAD ROACH in the closet, clearly they do not check the homes before giving people tours. Like I said, the way some people do their jobs is beyond me! Please check the apartments before giving people yours.. 5. Anyone can walk into the apartment complex, there doesn’t seem to be any gates or locked access. Anyone can go through. This is not a gated community.. Overall, I wouldn’t live here. I wish the tour would’ve been better.. Wasted time :(("

"Where do I begin. The website advertises 2 pools. Neither of these pools have been functional during the year that we've lived here and neighbors who've lived here for longer say the same. One is completely boarded over with wood while the other is an alarming shade of green. Their fitness centers have also been locked up. There was a several week period where there was maybe two or three working washers for the entire apartment complex between all the laundry facilities. Temperatures expected to hit the 20s° this week & we haven't had working heat or AC in our unit since the beginning of November (currently January), but management also strictly prohibits the use of space heaters? Guess we'll freeze. Several of our work orders in the last year have never been fulfilled. Our balcony door has not locked the entire time we've been here, as our doors somehow got missed during the renovations before we moved in. Half the blinds for the door were missing so we've enjoyed having our living space displayed to the parking lot and neighbors the whole time. I've never had a screen in my window. Our unit is one of the only in the building to be rented out right now because all of the surrounding units are completely gutted and undergoing renovations. Seriously, why even bother renting it out. Pictures have fallen off the walls from the banging. There's rats running around the buildings because trash has been left out on the walkways & balconies. A neighbor had her windows leaking and flooding her bedroom constantly before she left. Multiple apartments throughout the building had asbestos warnings on the doors & construction crews were wearing surgical masks (or no mask at all).. After all this they expect us to renew our lease for near $1400 a month. Glad to be getting out of here."

"I wish i could give a zero!! Idk where to start. Their website is VERY misleading to say the LEAST! They are ADVERTISING fully renovated apartments and that’s not true. The apartments are NOT all renovated. They look like live in hotels. Neighborhood is trash and the front office communications skills can be matched by that of a TODDLER! DO NOT MOVE HERE!!!"
