"I had an extremely tough time booking this room. I could not find any reviews to prepare me for the stay. On arrival I saw a temporary "EconoLodge" sign in front of the La Quinta. The La Quinta logo had been taped over in many places. It seems the rebranding is a clever trick in hiding the hundreds of 1-star reviews the La Quinta has amassed. Before considering this place you really need to read some of those reviews. For the price it is extremely expensive given the rooms. The staff was very nice but the room was in disrepair and I was disappointed in myself for booking the room. Tub seal full of water. Think of standing on a water bed while you shower. Toilet seat broken. Crown molding and baseboards in gross state. Walls and ceiling in a bad state. Holes in drawers. I wanted that weekend to end quickly so I could get out of there."
