"They will mess up your rental history especially if you never been evicted. If late a few times will be marked as eviction and you want know until you try to get into something years later. I haven't lived there in 3 plus years and they posted stating I owe them money when all my belongings furniture the carpet and closets and appliances had mold because of the plumbing and pool line. I wish I knew how to add the pics to show I'm not lying"

"Just called and spoke with a very rude Hispanic lady who would not give me her name but said she was the assistant manager. I doubt it behaving like that. She wouldn't give me any information. They will not get my money. And judging by these reviews this is nothing new. They need to do some diversity and communication training."

"HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. While at Covington Square Apartments, I have experienced toxic black mold growing rampant, harassment, racial discrimination, and unfair housing practices. All by the hands of landlord Jacqui Post and office staff (Spanish lady who also goes by Jacqui Post). The apartment building is so old and run down. Do not be fooled by the remodeling because it is simply paint and new floors over dust and mold. Rent ELSEWHERE for your own sake."

"I am a new tenant to this complex, only living here a month. My experience has been amazing. Jackie and Alex were both very informative and always communicating with me through the approval process. Maintenance is always out working around there. Grounds are kept clean. Pool is well kept. Everything is lit up. Gates allow for extra security and safety. I have a townhome so it comes with its own washer and dryer. Pest control is done regularly. Neighbors are quiet and friendly. Rent is easy to pay online. No issues with this place and all friends and family who have visited stated that it is a really nice apartment so I am very happy living here!"

"I lost a 400.00 deposit and was not able to view the apartment. In my opinion 840 a month is not worth it especially at Covington Square; you get a half kitchen, 1 closet in the entire apartment, bedroom and dinning area are also small. No apartment will ask you for an application fee along with a deposit without even being approved for the apartment. There are other apartments in the Metairie, Kenner, West bank area in which you can get more for your money. Please take my advice. I lost a 400.00 deposit and they are refusing to give it back talking about liquid damages when nothing is wrong with the apartment. I attempted to contact the regional manager for Latter and Blum and have yet to receive a return call."
