Sarah's Day Care Center

Sarah's Day Care Center, located at 218 North Domingue Avenue in Lafayette, Louisiana, is one of the oldest child care centers in Lafayette and Acadiana. We pride ourselves on creating a fun and nurturing environment for each child, while also valuing the freedom for each individual to express themselves.

At Sarah's, we offer a relaxed and casual setting that caters to the needs and interests of each family. We understand the importance of recognizing each child's individuality, special abilities, family background, and culture. After all, we believe that play is the work of childhood!

Our institution operates two separate programs in adjacent buildings on our three-acre campus. The preschool program is designed for children ages 18 months to pre-kindergarten, while our after-school program caters to students from kindergarten through 12 years old. With the largest and abundantly treed playground in the area, we provide a safe and stimulating environment for children to learn and play.

Our preschool classrooms are specifically designed to facilitate age-appropriate learning and play, ensuring that each child is prepared for kindergarten. The after-school program offers transportation, snacks, and homework assistance to help students complete their day of learning.
