"The location is great and the area feels safe. The apartments have been updated recently, they are very nice compared to other places. Tenants are friendly but mostly keep to themselves. I give a 5 star for the incredible team - Gina and Jimmy, thank you, I appreciate you! Maintenance is reasonable but has room for improvement"

"We absolutely love Terry, especially our dog Cooper! He is so polite and friendly when he comes to our apartment to do any kind of maintenance. He does an incredible job every single time. If I could I would request Terry to do all of the maintenance repairs, he is just that good!"

"This place is horrible. It’s one thing after another. I’ve had neighbors kids throw eggs at my car in the dead heat of summer. I’ve had trash and dog poop (LITERAL FECES!!) swept off my upstairs neighbor’s balcony onto my patio. Now, the new resident is flicking their cigarette ashes and butts onto my patio furniture. The parking lot/sidewalks are coved in dog poop pee and it smells disgusting. I’ve had problems with choppy/no internet. No power. Someone getting shot in the parking lot. The list feels endless. The majority of the residents are inconsiderate. They will leave their trash in the hallway or just throw it off their balcony onto your porch! They will set off every hallway smoke detector at 3 AM because they are smoking cigarettes in their apartment. I feel like every complaint I’ve had falls onto deaf ears. We work too hard and this is what we get. It’s very depressing. DO NOT MOVE HERE!!"

"I'm been living here for going on four years. Before Ida this place wasn't two bad. Every year the rent goes up and you know what I pay for? They have regular power outages even on small storms that takes three full days to get running again. Note everything here including stoves and water heaters run on electricity. The water is constantly not running due to plumbing issues and is cut off without warning. In fact today sewage water started pouring out in front of building 5 today filling the parking lot puddling around cars smelling up the whole place. The hallways are always disgusting, people leave rotting trash outside their doors all the time because they are to lazy to bring them to the dumpster. There is never anywhere for visitors to park, and will be towed if parked in a regular spot. The office staff is unhelpful and rude. Only one lady in the office is kind in any manner. They hire leaf blowers that come through every week 7:30am very loud and blow dirt and leaves all over the cars. Why when the hallways are a mess and the first floors is basically completely water damaged? I don't know. You'd think that the over grand I pump out for these people every month would be used more wisely. I've had to get my shower resurfaced twice in 4 years and I was told to remove everything from my bathroom. I did so. Well the closet is open to the bathroom. Normally a barrier is put up by the company they contract. That wasn't done. Well I came home to a few grand of clothing and shoes covered top to bottom in whatever the dust is that tubs get surfaced in. For context I work full-time while in school full-time and I give these people over a grand every month for a one bedroom on top of all my other expenses and bills. Last of all security is far from a concern. If unaware there was a shooting at this complex, and a death on the premises due to this. There is a lot of families who live here and it is unsafe. Gates are almost always open and residents park like there is room to spare. This is not an exaggeration. This place is highway robbery."
