"Kaitlyn (if she isn’t the Manager, she be the Regional Manager) was great! She didn’t have any units available at her property. She didn’t turn me away, like so many others had, instead she did research, which was very accommodating to my needs. She didn’t even know until the end of our conversation that I was from out of town and moving to the city with no knowledge of the town…And I thought that customers service was dead! So sad that I wasn’t able to rent from her property. She is a Delight to speak with, I can only imagine how she treats the residents. Promote this woman and give her a pay raise!"

"we have been living in the place for a year and a few months. We like the tranquility of the area and the spaciousness of the apartment. But, we have had a huge crack in the ceiling, since Hurricane Ida passed in September 2021 today July 25, 2022 we still have the ceiling like this, in hot seasons, like now, cockroaches and salamanders enter the apartment through that area . Imagine paying for such an expensive apartment, and that the service is lousy, and it's all because of the virus, or because they don't have workers? No one is interested in the virus anymore, and if they are such large companies, how is it possible that they do not have workers. for me to have to come up with a public complaint from somewhere, is that the patience of waiting has already run out. This is a nice message, and with much respect, but they must offer what one pays for."

"I have been living at the Parktowne Apartments for a couple of months now and I can not properly express my happiness with my home here. This is a well managed and maintained place, which is very hard to find in New Orleans. The manager (Dawn) does an outstanding job as well as the maintenance supervisor (Frank). Our home is huge and has parking for two vehicles, we have a back yard that opens up to a large green area with a walking path, lots of trees and three swimming pools. It is a quite and clean environment. If you are lucky enough to be able to live here you will not regret it."

"Parktowne apartments are fantastic! All the apartments are three bedroom duplexes and they are very spacious! The apartments circle the block and enclose a private park with walking paths, swings and three beautiful pools! The take dogs which was a must for us. The neighborhood is very convenient with easy access to Airline, Veterans, and I-10. Dawn in the office is caring and the staff who maintain the property are very prompt and courteous! A great place to live."
