"Former employee(Service Manager) here. Property has its pros and cons, but I can honestly say it has more pros than cons. Working there was fairly pleasant for the most part. Workload was a bit much at times, but if you have a positive mindset, you'll be just fine.Campion, in general, is very nice and is in the process of becoming even better as the few kinks are worked out. Would definitely recommend both for housing and a career."

"0 stars if it was available. This place is terrible and management and maintenance is also terrible. Our vents in the ceiling have mold and dust all over and they have yet to come clean since move in day! Smoking problems next door and we reported it but nothing was done. Causing our apartment to constantly stink. They have dog poop everywhere outside and trash everywhere and no one cleans it up. Definitely not renewing and will not advise anyone to stay here. Before we signed the lease, we heard bad reviews, but we didn’t think it would be this terrible. The apartment was super dirty for moving day too. This place is a place for college students and the wifi barely even works over here to do assignments and homework. I could go on and on about this place and how bad it is. Also, maintenance locked me out of my own room and I was stuck out of my room and I tried to do an emergency maintenance request and called the emergency number but they cancelled the request of that online. They also barge in your apartment and your room. Me and my roomates were sleeping one morning and the other was getting dressed and they barged in without a doorbell ring or a knock. Not only that, but I have seen the cops here so many times for weed problems and that’s all you smell over here. They should seriously do some background checks or something before getting people to sign a lease. Absolutely DO NOT recommend living here!!!!"

"Do yourself a favor and DONT sign a lease here. If the reviews that were left the past 5 months were written before I signed a lease, I would have not chose to live here. Every bad review is accurate. This place deserves at most a 2 star overall rating. I moved in last semester and the problems started as soon as I walked in and continue today. To keep it short and simple… if you are a clean person- don’t live here, if you like to live in a safe environment- don’t live here, if you like to sleep at night- don’t live here, if you want an apartment that doesn’t have dead roaches in the ac vents- don’t live here, if you don’t want all your belongings to smell like mold and smoke- don’t live here! I’m counting down the days till my lease is over. This is not “luxury student living”."

"Living here now, definitely not renewing. Nothing works, nobody does anything to fix stuff. It’s a complete mess. The wi-fi will work one day and then be off for a week. The front office just refers you to the company who doesn’t help at all either. A/C is on and off. Nobody will help me with my roommate situation. Do not live here."
