Holiday Inn Express & Suites Lafayette, an IHG Hotel

"Room is smelly. And bathroom is all rusty with no ventilation. A/C unit is really smelly has mold in it. (We know). Beds need turned was unlevel couldn't sleep on it. Places needs remodeling. I do not reccomend this location."

"Loved the way this hotel was decorated as per furnishings. It definitely felt homely. We had a party across the street and we didn't want to drive home, so staying here made perfect sense. The staff were friendly, the room met it's needs and the breakfast was delicious. The dining area were we ate was very well kept."

"We found this enchanting gem of a hotel while driving from Florida to Nevada. The continental breakfast was delicious. Very affordable. Wonderful quality for the value. 10/10 would stay here again!"

"Certified unprofessionalism amongst the front desk, the older lady tried charging my card unauthorized!!! They charge for Breakfast (same as any other free hotel food) the washer and dryer we're broke, soda machine out of order, I had a 2 night stay and tried to charge me a 3rd because I came in hotel 4am, not 11am. This place is the worst lodging I have stayed at in my 22 yrs of traveling USA. I don't want compensation, I want the customer Service and convenience I paid for. I paid $600 for 36 hrs of stay, when originally I agreed to 2 full days of stay with an agent online. I believe I was treated unfair. I could a stayed at Marriott next door and got free breakfast, better attitude, ability to do my laundry, and get soda, and snacks from machines. I can go on and on!! However I won't. Just know this place was not what they made it seem. OVERRATED!!!!"

"What a wonderful Hotel. They get all 5 stars from. I would give them Ten star ratings if I could. The House Keeping crew is wonderful get everything you need and want. They are friendly kind and a lot if times they laughing and working together and it puts me in a good head space foe myself. The front desk all of them do a he'll of a job getting you rates and getting you checked in and on your wag to a great experience at there fine establishment. They have helped me by letting me use there computer before and many other great things they have done for me. There breakfast on point I wish I could Get a meal like that every morning to get my day started. Love the place. I would definitely recommend to any one in the area or out of town coming."
