"PARKING IS AWFUL. Also they allow residents with motorcycles to hog front parking spaces for free but if you call the front office about it it’s a different excuse every time. if you want a good park here get a motorcycle!"

"Non biased review honestly if u have the money to rent here u can afford to rent a house I’d suggest that. There is not enough parking spaces for the amount of people that live here. So if u get home after 8 pm or plan on leaving you will not have a spot near your apartment. I don’t mean walking a little bit I mean parking on the other side of the complex and walking extremely far to get to your home. The back gate is always broken. Rather than spending money to get a new system they just keep letting it break its a weekly thing. This complex is not luxury at all very far from it. But it’s Lafayette so what do you expect. If your looking for a luxury feel. Try the new constructions in yv. Or Broussard. The front office is also rude as well. Not when your trying to get an apt. But definitely after you’ve moved in. I could go on but I’ll list the major issues You will never have parking (to many people not enough spaces) People will enter your apt at random times The back gate is always broken(security issue) The front office is rude. The lease price and what u pay are two different things In other words the complex is mid"

"Our stay at La Veranda at Polly Lane was everything we had hoped for. From move in to move out, we were treated very friendly and professionally. We felt very safe, which was most important. Maintenance responded immediately when needed. I would recommend this complex to anyone and if needed, I would go back."

"I cannot say enough good things about my move in process. I was a transfer from another property and skylar and Melissa made it so easy for me! Melissa kept me in the loop the entire process. From the moment I arrived to tour the property she was very welcoming and was extremely accommodating. All of my instructions were laid out for me and was a very easy process. The other residents are very nice and inviting! During the move in process I met 3 of my neighbors and they were all so nice! The property is VERY well kept!! Highly highly recommend doing business with the front office and being a resident here!"
