"I've lived here for almost 7 years. The plantation is a great apartment complex. The staff is friendly and Any problem or issue with the apartment is fixed in a timely manner. It has a good gym and the TWO pools are amazing."

"I love living at Plantation!! The office staff members are extremely friendly and accommodating (Jacob is THE MAN!). The location is almost perfect in reference to all of the restaurants and shopping that are literally minutes away. The apartments themselves are very spacious, well kept, and up to date (all new appliances when we moved into a 3bdr/2bth over the summer). Our balcony is one of our favorite parts of the apartment! The pool is also pretty awesome as well! If you get a chance to check this place out, I HIGHLY recommend it!!"

"I’ve lived here for about 5-6 months now and it’s a great complex. The staff is very friendly and willing to help with anything you need, which is amazing when I am not home for long stints at a time! The common areas are very well maintained, and the individual unit is nice and spacious. The appliances and overall layout of the apartments are wonderful. I would say the only thing in need of improvement is the cleaning/repairing job done prior to move-in. The painting was done very quick and sloppily, with paint getting on the floors and pet hair having been painted into certain areas on my wall. Overall I’ve been very happy here, and have enjoyed using the amenities when I have the chance. It’s a nice place to be able to call home, especially considering it is located next to almost everything you could need!"

"I enjoyed the location of this place but it does a good job at pretending to be on the higher end than it really is. This place looks higher end but once you settle down you notice how beat down it is and how they just cover over everything with a new coat of paint. Also be careful when moving out they tried to charge me for the carpet, cleaning charges even though we cleaned, and other charges Even though the upstairs neighbor flooded me twice they just push you off to customer service and threaten to report you to credit bureau if you don’t pay. I’m not a person to write reviews however I write this as a cautionary tale from my own experience."
