"This apartment complex is a scam to the middle class, they draw you in with great deals. However the deals change and disappear as the money and signatures start!"

"Apartments are small, and dog poop is everywhere; I took several phone calls to address that, and I was told that I should be on the lookout to see who leaves dog poop everywhere. It made my child sick, and I’ve addressed them with it, but still nothing; there is still poop around. I was told gutters would be cleaned, which still hasn’t happened. Overall, whoever is new in the office doesn’t know what’s happening. I got charged the wrong fee, and for how small the apartment is, I can't even use the balcony because of the bugs. The windows are not properly sealed, so I have bugs coming in through that. I won’t be renewing this year, I see."

"apartments are small giving the amount ur paying in rent … especially the one bedrooms. also management is shady an add fees to everything (cigarette butts, even thought u dont smoke, dog poop, even if they cant prove its your dog, etc) When moving out i was charged over $800 and they kept my deposit because i didnt clean it well enough when moving out apparently. However i never got notice of this charge it was automatically put on my credit. aside from that the “amenities” are low quality an the hot tub is never hot …. luke warm on a good day."

"ANOTHER UPDATED REVIEW. I have now been living here at City Park at the Ranch formerly City Heights at the Ranch and The Landing since December 9, 2015. My previous reviews are still the same today. I love living here and I like that is centrally located to anything and everything I need from grocery shopping, movies, and doctors. Maintenance has been great and have resolved my issues in a very timely manner. The staff is always friendly. The only issues to speak of is not concerning the apartment or management but tenants who do not follow the rules such as not picking up their dog's waste or visitors parking in tenant parking. I have and will continue to recommend this living community. UPDATE: I have been living here at City Heights at the Ranch for almost 5 years now and I have been so happy to call this place/community my home. The staff here is great and they take care of maintenance issues quicker than any other apartment place I have ever lived/rented. I love the location, amenities, and my apartment so much that I plan on living here for years to come. I am not sure why there are so many negative reviews posted here. I have been living at The Landing Apartments since December 2015 and I absolutely love it and am grateful to call this place home. The maintenance crew has resolved ALL of my issues within 24 hours and the staff has been nothing but nice, helpful and very positive. I would and have recommended this complex to several friends and will continue to do so. I look forward each and every day to leave work and go "home"."
