"Hi I lived here for about 2 years initially found the place be affordable but unsafe and trashy . A new property manager toke over and clean up the place. Security cameras were put in with nightly security Patrols and the place is cleaned daily. I now feel safe and do not think landfair Apartments is trashy or unsafe. Maintenance does an outstanding job of doing repairs quickly which are needed.The Parking lot have some potholes and needs to be resurfaced this is the main negative point of the apartment complex which I believe will be taken care of shortly."
