"Only spent 11 months there and the management is horrible. They lady in the office are extremely rude. And you can NEVER speak to anyone above them. It’s truly sad. HUD needs to truly do an internal investigation because no doubt they’re stealing the money. They lie about fixing things in the unit when you’re not around and as soon as it needs to be fixed again you have to come out of pocket because they “fixed” it and likely never did."

"Lived here for 2 years and still am. The go into your apartment even when you tell them not to and they inspect the apartment every month and everything has to be a certain way or you fail the inspection and when they have to do an inspection they are always an hour late after the time they tell you they will be there to inspect. Don't live here unless you like your privacy invaded."

"A nice apartment complex situated right near Thomas Park. Most units have recently been remodeled and are clean and modern. The maintenance crew is exceptional, friendly and professional. The front office is also very courteous and professional especially Kerry, We moved in Oct of 2012 and have little complaints. Sometimes the our neighbors car music is too loud but otherwise it is a very quiet campus. One of the best things about the place is that there is no smoking on the property whatsoever. I highly recommend families and quiet, mature singles to this place."
