"I’ve been here since 2020 and seen many staff come and go in the leasing office. I can say that this new staff really made a difference. They are so professional courteous and helpful. They are personable when it come to their tenants needs always helping when they can. And being understanding when unexpected things happen. Not too thrilled with the big increase in my rent. But I know things are going up everywhere. Overall I’ve had a great stay here."

"This apartment complex and management is absolute garbage. The property manager is a drunk who threatened me with physical violence and eviction because I knocked on his wall(he was our neighbor) one night due to him playing loud music after 11 pm. Don’t get on the dudes bad side or he will make your stay hell. This threats forced us to move out. They will not allow us to turn in our keys or parking permit for unknown reasons. Denise did nothing to help with the situation because she hangs out with him and his friends outside of work. We always paid rent on time and did not cause any problems. I’d rather of lived out of my car then continued to stay in this unsafe environment."
