"It's very clean but when we first moved here it was great but then you have people that set around and talk about everyone and gets mad because you don't want to set with them and do the same."

"We do like living here, and have for 2 years plus now. Howevere, here recently the neighbors that moved in are weed smokers and we are supposed to be a drug free zone. I done care if people smoke weed, but the problem is, their smoke come directly into our apartment that is joined with theirs. Sometimes it is so strong that my kids will not allow my grandkids to come over. I approached the manager and she basically told me that there was nothing she can do aboit it. The people next to her smoke weed as well. If she is to scared to knock of tenates doors and tell them they are breaking the law and their contract that clealy states drugs are not allowed on Quail Court Apartments grounds, then she needs to find another job. She also told me to call the cops but just know that they will know they will know it is us who called tge cops. I won't be here for long."

"Our over all experience was wonderful. Maintenance was always fast and answered every time.Office staff were always pleasant and ready to help. My kids love living here and playing here. The grounds were neatly kept. Pool was beautiful and clean. I would recommend Quail Court Apartments to anyone!"

"Don't ever move here sorry staff and management , maintenance is horrible and the grounds are not kept as clean especially around the garbage area , walls are thin and place cracks and squeaks makes lots of noise don't waste your money on such a nasty place"
