"February 2023, while staying at this Saffron Inn , we had a few problems. Room 223 had no heat , complained to worker and on duty manager. Never got a answer, They had a empty room on 3rd floor that the heat worked. Then changed their mind on swapping rooms. asked to speak with owner still no reply. Their response was giving us more blankets. Friends were also staying on 2nd & 3rd floors the toilet paper holder would fall off the wall. Also roaches spotted by another guest. floors dirty, lack of towels, dog hair in bed..."

"Terrible place. Do not stay here. Changed from red roof inn to saffron. People were rude and sheets had a pee stain on them. And there were couch roaches in the room. It was like pulling teeth to cancel took us nearly 2 hours of convincing them that there service was terrible. Kept walking off and leaving us at the front desk for 20-30mins at a time talking about us in the back room, and we could hear everything they were saying, which wasn’t good. So don’t waste your time , go spend a little more money and stay somewhere else. Put this place out of business."
