"Nothing gets repaired if it does your waiting for months on end for it to be replaced Its supposed to be income based Its Not If you make $600 Month your rent is $750+ the application is Discriminatory whereas if your disabled and On SSI your supposed to have first last month and a deposit totaling $2000 and if your on a fixed income you cant qualify 3 Managers in the last 6 months Something is definatly wrong with this Management company The Income based housing authority should investigate the practices this company is using to rob residents of money"

"Went from being qualified to unqualified to qualified then unqualified. In the meantime the manager told us not to rent another place because she had a three bedroom we were able to rent. We waisted three weeks due to incompetence and no regard to how it affected us."

"I moved here in September of 2016 til September 2017 and although I was not happy about coming back down south because my husband got deployed and I was pregnant with a toddler the stay here was pleasant. The manager was always helpful and maintenance was pretty much on top of things. The area was quiet and kept up. When it was time to move out everything went as smooth as could be with just having gone through hurricane Harvey and I did get my security deposit back. I say it was nice living here on my own and give it 5 stars."
