"I have been here a year now and my A/C has froze up 6 times now. I called when the manager opened the office @ 9am, telling her tht my health causes me to overheat easily. It is now 2pm and my apt is 77 degrees with the a/c on. I'm so fed up with this."

"You know it's a good place for the elders, handicap and single parents trying to make it.... what's not good is the manager is constantly eyeballing your apartment, driving around to see who goes to your apartment, she'll tell you they go to your house too much. She writes people up for no good reason... like sidewalk chalk drawings from a kid. She does walk ins once a month and nitpicks everything. She has her favorites who can cover there number on their door who can have stuff all on their porch even thought it says in rule book you can not. Her husband who does not work here thinks he can just walk into your apartment (during the storm he did to see how far the water has risen when he could have walked around the side to see). I along with many others believe they are ripping people off financially Social Security went up 2% and my rent went up $80. The manager goes on vacation every other month. So religious yet so mean to people. Then you have some neighbors who complain about everything, when its them doing wrong. Mostly good people out there but you have your rats to."
"Lots of stealing and cops apt.5 jermery award has cable in Outher ppl name like my name he allows drugs to be brought in and out of his apartment he his a drug inablier and allows dopes to stay with him . Very unsafe place to live wouldn't feel safe even with the swat team protecting my doors ."
