"Dominique has been invaluable for my move in! She’s been responsive to every inquiry within minutes! Cannot say enough nice things about her and the maintenance men Mr Leonard and Mr Victor. They are all super! Issues are addressed immediately and satisfactorily. The cottage is very roomy and it’s a very quiet neighborhood. Everyone so far has been great with the office and maintenance staff!"

"I wish I didn’t have to give them any stars for this review. I applied at this complex online for a townhome in September 2023. I paid my application fee and admin fee which was $150. My application was denied for false reasoning. On the website it states if application is denied the $100 admin will be refunded. That’s why I’m writing this review because I wasn’t refunded my $100 for the admin fee. I even have proof that’s what the website states. I tried to contact the corporate company that owns these apartments and they don’t have a working number. The ladies in the office at the complex lied saying the $100 admin fee is non-refundable. It’s been months and I still haven’t received my refund. I’ve called and emailed and haven’t received a response. I was scammed out of $100 from this complex."

"I’ve lived in this apartment complex for a year now and just renewed my lease. The management and maintenance staff are very helpful and quick to help with any questions or issues I may have. It’s a quiet and friendly neighborhood. Any issues going on in the neighborhood the management is quick to try and resolve whatever it may be. If you’re looking for an apartment that is affordable and conveniently located from any shopping you may need to do this is the place to be! Anyways, shout out to the office people for being so kind and my neighbors for being so cool."

"I was a current resident here at these apartments and let me tell you worst apartment I ever experienced for my first time having an apartment. When we moved in we had we had issues after issues, the apartment was not cleaned we found somebody used spoon behind our refrigerator and roaches which was so nasty and dirty. Our shower rod in the bathroom was so rusty and dirty, our paint was coming off the walls and inside the tub. We called the manager about it and she bought a contractor to fixed it & when he fixed it a few days later it was coming off, so we took a picture of it and told them so she made it seem like we tore the paint off like we some little kids which is sad. Our apartment was infested with roaches after we kept putting in pest control, they tried to make it seem like we were dirty after we told them could they check the downstairs neighbors which they never did. The manager there is very horrible, rude & her following assistant which is also ghetto name Alexis. They had us look at a new apartment which was not updated like ours and was much smaller and thought I was gone pay rent for that no ma’am after we asked her was there a apartment like our she told us no, so I told her no I don’t want this apartment because it’s not like ours and I’m not finna pay something that’s not updated like our apartment, so the first thing come out her mouth is we can up y’all lease. She wanted us out that apartment because I kept getting on them about our apartment and I kept getting an attitude with her because who wants to live like that not me. Than every time you call to speak with the manager which is Dominique she is so called always in a meeting every time we called to speak with her it never failed. They always walked in our apartment without permission and without calling your asking us. So no I would not recommend nobody to live here. Ever since we moved out that apartment I’m still waiting on my refund and to here about our deposit till this day . Do not move here."
