"We had my 5 year olds birthday here. It was wonderful! Our party host, Cici, was amazing. We had the party at 10-12 so it wasn’t as busy. Everyone said it was one of the best parties they had been to. It was a win!"

"I'm writing this review as a fair warning to all prospective customers. If you are looking for a place to have a nice time or a birthday party for your child, please choose another venue. I just booked a birthday party for my grandson's 10th birthday. He has autism and this was something special for him. There were several problems, but the biggest was the lack of customer service or bad customer service. We had a private room, but we had to constantly find someone for each and every item. We asked for a setup to be completed and every time one item was brought out individually as we continued to ask for each item while waiting several minutes for them. Our food came extremely late, and the only explanation we received was our food was given to another party. We brought our own cake, but nobody offered us a knife to cut it, or plates to serve it to our guest. Our guest had no other choice but to eat cake off napkins with their fingers. To make matters worse, the crew didn't even perform a birthday shout-out for my grandson. The location was Bowman in Little Rock, Arkansas.... Just in case you're wondering!!! They only received one star from me because I don't have the option to give zero. Truly unsatisfied!!!"

"Had my child’s birthday party here on Dec 15, paid for the Platinum Package for 15 children. Party was scheduled 2 months in advance. The facility was massively understaffed, which means the children could not even participate in the activities that were included with the top tier platinum package. Many of the activities, like the zip line and climbing wall, didn’t have a staff member which means kids can’t do them. The party room was suppose to have a team member to help with the distribution of food and drinks….nope also not here. We reached out to staff about the issue but they just put their hands up saying “sorry but management has us understaffed because we were over staffed the previous evening”. I tried reaching out to management about the situation that paying over $700 for a birthday party and kids not being able to do half the activities deserved some kind of response or partial refund. Management said he would send my issue to corporate to respond directly. It’s been a week without any word. This will be the past birthday or event my children will have here. Save your money, and go somewhere else for children activities."

"Clean, safe, fun atmosphere. Well staffed. Staff was polite and helpful. Highly recommend purchasing tickets online. Grandchildren had a wonderful time. Only complaint was that bumper cars were offline."
