"The manager was rude to several people. There were only 2 lanes open and both doing large returns. The lines were 15-20 customers deep. Another register was not opened. But the manager and another employee stood in the front of the store laughing and talking. When anyone would complain or question, she was rude to them. Several people left their items and walked out. The 2 cashiers that were working the register were working very hard and being friendly."
