"the doctor I saw was very rude about me not wanting to vaccinate my kid. he said he could not ethically see her bc of her not getting vaccinated, which is his choice, but he acted like he was disgusted by me for my decision. & when I started asking questions about what vaccines they would recommend he just listed the names of them off really quick and said she needs all of them. instead of offering any kind of information or explanation for what each one is for or what could happen if she didn't get them. I felt like he was trying to pressure me into getting them. & no doctor should ever pressure anyone into getting any type of medical treatment. it's unethical."

"This is our go to for a pediatric clinic. Dr. Patterson is always so kind and helpful and understanding of our needs for our children . Sam is so sweet and quick to help with our hectic scheduling. Alisha is probably my children’s favorite person in the world she’s been with us since my youngest was born and he refuses to see anyone else. Great team . Quicker appointments than other clinics we’ve been to in the past and always does their best to get us in when needed ."

"Took my step children in for their doctors appt and the receptionist don’t know her name just know she is a shorter lady with red hair and she was the most unprofessional person I’ve ever seen. Mind you I work in customer service on a regular basis as a receptionist and an advisor. This woman has the audacity to start cursing about customers knowing I’m sitting in the waiting area and have been for a while…and then proceeds to look me in the eyes as she goes back to telling the entire office about patients personal information. It was astounding how rude and unprofessional Thai person is especially working around children. I cannot wait to take my kids somewhere else. Usually I’m not one to make reviews but when you can do this in front of customers it’s sickening at least wait for the room to clear…. She’s not the only problem we have also had problems with them unable to find paper work on my children and scheduling is a nightmare but now I see why because she literally said how annoying people were for making appts too."
