You, by law have to provide the essentials, which didn't happen. There are so many times that this place broke the law and the district manager was aware. This company needs to be investigated."

"These are the facts: One night, it sounded like a woman was in trouble/pain. Turns out she was bent over out the window while a guy was having sex with her. Recently, a guy was yelling, “Hail Hitler!” out the window. There is trash all over and it takes many days for it to be removed. The police are called to this place more often than a monthly basis. Most of the time, there is no ambulance and someone usually exits in handcuffs. Two women were rolling on the sidewalk and crying, twitching, and blabbering—many indications that they were on drugs. Cars will often pull up and blast music for several minutes to an hour. On top of that, the walls are thin, so you will be able to hear what your neighbor is watching on TV. For your own entertainment, you could also listen to random residents get in a fight outside and slam their car doors. If you need affordable housing, please look somewhere else. This place is not safe, nor a good environment for many people. I feel sorry for the good/decent people who are stuck in a lease here because they were never told these things."
