"I didn't get to tour because no one was in the office during official work hours."

"Whomever the management company is should be ashamed of themselves. Maintenance never comes to fix anything unless it's an emergency. The only thing they fixer was my a/c. I still have a cabinet door hanging off the hinges and a small child that lives here and could hurt herself on it. The shower doesn't work the water pressure is very low and now my toilet constantly runs when with a full bowl on top and my water bill has increased 40 dollars. Now if I stopped paying rent I would be wrong but them not fixing issues in a timely manner is just sad. I previously worked for a section 8 property that always made sure maintenance took care of all issues reported within a week if possible but would always come check the issue in case parts needed to be ordered. The property manager is nice but I do understand their is only so much she can do. The blame falls on the management company and the owners of this property"

"I pay good rent to live here ,the property manager lives in one of the homes also she feels all these houses are hers. She walks in your house talking about inspection this is not low income. Maintenance has never came to a work call she always giving me an excuse. I’m uncomfortable living here."
