"I called in to view a unit that was listed as available and Jasmine said that I could view a unit that was leased . I did not understand the point of allowing anyone to view units that were NOT available . I’ve drove through the complex and it is not up to par AT ALL . Something so beautiful just looks like a dump. I’ve also heard that there were many different management issues which I do believe ."

"Its roomy quite and too animal friendly . Large one welcome too just zoo friendly. Single ppls. Great one car park. Under tent two cars. You better rush home or stay there in your parking place. Cause its like playing music seat with parking. Same goes for your office manager they play hide and seek. They have great places to hide. It a care free place. Old and low maintained place. Great place to hide away. If you like to play all the games I mention. Then this the place for you. Its not the best but its a good place to rest. Its okay. I would live there. Don't want to walk then take the Elevator."

"This place has so much potential to be a great place to live but that is all it is ever going to be "Potential". Originally when me and spouse moved in (March 2020) it was a beautiful unit and we were original supposed to get unit 222 but when it was time to sign the lease "Jasmine" said she had another unit for us because 222 was unavailable so she gave us 324. Their first mistake was letting my dog out the home when we first moved. I informed Jasmine that we have a Dog and a cat and to let the maintenance men know. Once they enter my apartment they let my dog out and he was running down south lakeshore. Both myself and my spouse had to leave work to come find our own dog. I found him thank God! But I was highly upset because you know I have pets so the maintenance men should have been more cautious when entering our apartment. Secondly our kitchen sink would overflow because someone installed the dishwasher hose wrong and everytime we used the sink I would overflow. It took them all the way up until (may 2020) to fix that issue. Also the window and ceiling in the master bedroom  leaks every single time it rains. I call it in everytime and I let "Jasmine" know and I get the same response "ok call it in to the svc to dispatch maintenance" would call the maintenance man would come take a look and I wouldn't  see anything else done. So me and my spouse filled the hole the best way we could with a trip to the hardware store needless to say it's still leaking and nothing still has been done it is December (2020) she hasn't even offered to give us a new unit or anything. The maintenance doesn't fix anything. People and their rude guest constantly park in your assigned parking spot (managment could at least put a sign on each parking garage that says "tenets parking only") so you won't constantly have to block people in and reclaim your spot that you pay for every month. It could be such a beautiful place to live but the managment and maintenance is going to run this place into the ground. Also when we first moved in they said they were going to get the hate fixed. It's still broken ( December 2020) the units are very spacious and beautiful but if you can't get anything fixed what's the point of me paying this rent? Also "Jasmine" Claims if they dont know about an issues they dont know something is wrong well i have a text thread and my experience with them to shut all that down they knew they just are in over their head with managing this property and it shows."

"Do you want to know why this place has such a terrible review? It’s because maintenance and management let things like fire alarms that start at 4 AM on a Sunday morning just blast for hours on end. Here we are, 7AM. Still going. This place went downhill fast."
