"Excellent experience from start to finish with Jerusalem Stone. This is a long review, but hopefully, it will save you some of the time that I spent figuring all of this out. I met with multiple fabricators and visited multiple stone yards before I met visited Jerusalem. When I went to their shop, I didn't know that they also had stone available. They didn't push me to chose from their selection but rather showed me everything and told me that I had the option to buy from them or have stone sent to them from one of the yards. There was a benefit to buying from them because the customer only pays for the amount of stone needed rather than buying by the slab (and going through having it shipped, etc.). After seeing the selection that they have, I found multiple options that worked for our project. Chelsea, the sales rep, was very patient through the process and was not pushy about what to chose. Next, I met with Ibrahim, one of the owners, who came and measured the project. It was very apparent that he takes great pride in his work, and wanted everything absolutely perfect in the measurements. He pointed out every little detail about how things would be when installed. He also took the time to discuss the pros and cons of the stone that we selected so we could change it if we wanted to do so. The installation crew showed up within a week, and they work for Jerusalem (rather than a crew that is just subbed out by the fabricator - that makes a big difference to work with their guys). The crew made sure we understood all of our options about where to put the holes for various components and discussed the pros and cons of each decision. We received advice from a designer on where to cut the backsplash - Ibrahim disagreed with the advice and explained why he disagreed. The installation crew came knowing about this and showed me the two options and let me decide what I thought was best. They were willing to recut the stone on site to make it the way the designer was recommending. But, Ibrahim was right, and we went with his advice. Again, the job was handled with the customer in mind, and they were willing to do it however we liked and wanted us to see both options. I later met with Thaer about measuring for a fireplace project because we were so pleased with the countertop work. Again, he came out and measured and discussed every option with me. Throughout the research that I did, I learned that Jerusalem has some of the best equipment. It allows them to match veins in the stone perfectly. The mittered edges are very well done. Between top-notch equipment and a team takes pride in their work, the customer receives a great finished product. Further, their price is more than fair. There are some in this industry that truly try to take advantage of the customer - Jerusalem did not do this. They were upfront and honest in how they charged. Considering the quality of the work, I consider the price great. I highly recommend that you visit Jerusalem stone if you are doing new construction or a remodel. Outstanding work from start to finish - the sales team, owners, and installers are all exceptional."

"We are three time customers. Jerusalem Stone first did our kitchen counters which was the biggest job. A couple of years later we had the wet bar done with granite JS had on hand. Just recently (May 2022) JS put a countertop on an outdoor cabinet using a JS remnant piece of granite. All projects included undermount sinks. In every case, the work was done promptly and courteously. Alignments are square. Seams are virtually invisible. We have sung their praises to friends and family. Their prices are very fair and they take pride in their workmanship."

"Ibrahim and his crew were great to work with! Everyone in the office was helpful & very responsive, and Ibrahim was thorough in planning out our job. He worked with us to get every bit we could out of our slab. After receiving our slab, he noticed some coloring issues which he brought to our attention so we could discuss it with our stone supplier before it was cut. Turnaround time on fabrication was quick and the installation crew was great. Very happy with how our counters turned out, would definitely recommend Jerusalem Stone & would use them again."
