"I’ve had to scheduled an urgent appointment for my medications. When I arrived the lady at the front desk had a really bad attitude. Then the doctor decided not to see me and required me to reschedule it. I am out of medications and they would not make accommodations for their actions. I’ve noticed the low ratings before deciding to change mental health locations from Algiers to St Bernard Parish because I am a firm believer that everyone deserves the benefit of doubt. This is one of the main reason that go unseen which leads to unfortunate circumstances in Louisiana. We deserve better!"

"Dr. Lawrence has been my doctor recently after various staff changes over the years. Today I walked out of our meeting after she was rude, condescending, making no sense, combative and unprofessional. I wanted a witness in the room after she made me feel attacked and confused by her combative attitude. She has never been a good doctor nor helpful but today really crossed the line. I feel bad for anyone who is her patient and I hope they can find someone better suited and more professional in the near future."
