"I WILL recommend West Jefferson Radiology & Imaging Dept. to ALL of my friends and family! I've been to several Imaging Centers & Hospitals, but the one at WJ Hospital is THE BEST, hands down! Usually when you go to get an MRI or X-days, you get these technicians that DON'T want to be at their job and THEY SHOW IT!! They DO NOT CARE about you, your time there, your experience at their facility. It is Totally OPPOSITE at WJRC. The Tech who did my MRI is named Joe. HE ROCKS!! He DEFINITELY IS THE BEST TECH I've EVER HAD!! Joe was polite, helpful and very attentive. Joe also has THE BEST Personality & Sense of Humor!! I Really Appreciate Joe's Kindness, Helpfulness & Warm Personality. Joe was very Professional and Personable at the same time. If there were MUCH MORE Techs like Joe, People would look forward to having procedures done. From now on, I will DEFINITELY go to WJ Radiology Dept. for any future MRI's / X-Rays.
