"I have been seeing Dr. Bryant for almost two years now and he is a great psychiatrist! He has helped me tremendously.He is always bubbling over with kindness and makes me feel super comfortable even with my anxiety issues. He’s always has a perfect smile, and gives the best advice. I highly recommend him. I wouldn’t want to see any other doctor ! I look forward to my appointments bc there is just something about his personality, he always makes me feel better no matter what I feel like when I go in."

"The receptionist Dawn has to be the rudest person I have ever came across. They refuse to fill my meds even when they know I work out of town and it’s hard for me to travel 15hrs for a 3min appointment. She doesn’t care about the patients needs are how they feel. She just rather hang up on you. Everybody else that works there are really good people it’s a shame that one person can ruin all that!! Brian is a great Dr. Very Proffesional and very personal. I don’t see how such a great Dr. would hire such a rude and unprofessional person!! The best decision I made was finding another Dr. this place should be shut down!!"

"I would give 20 stars Dr. Gad and one to Bryant if this system allowed. ***Dr. Gad was the BEST!!! ** As far as I know, he is no longer practicing in this office.(Maybe only groups?) I asked many times if I could see him, but I was referred only to the P.A. (or NP), Bryant? They said that Dr. Gad was in Florida. Bryant is a nice guy, but I could tell that he never reviewed my record before my appointments. It appeared that he knew nothing about me at every visit. He once said, "This is medication is for short term use." I asked, "Why have you been prescribing it for the last two years?" He looked surprised. I found another doc who assisted me to ween off. If Dr. Gad ever comes back to Lafayette, that would be a great! There is something very wrong with the reception and whole system of communicating. In this century, it should not be this difficult. Phone calls were almost never returned. They had a ridiculous system in place -- When calling, a voice mail would pick up speaking a long email address. I had to call a few times to be able to jot the whole thing down. The only way to reach a human was to send an email and wait. Eventually, they would come through and answer the email. I can't imagine how an older person or someone suffering from a debilitating mental condition would even get a medication refilled or make an appointment. Please come back, Dr. Gad! يرحمك الله"

"I wish I could give a negative rating , I never heard of a doctors office lie about when your visits were when I have receipts for payments and a bank statement that says the same , they never answer phones they disrespect anyone in front of everyone . And the so say office manager always wants someone with a negative review to email them or they say you arent a listed paitent . I was lucky enough when whoever this lady was started raising her voice because she was literally ignorant to the fact that medicaid was calling to only verify I paid out of pocket but for some reason she assumed they were calling to say gad owes me money , unbelievable how this woman thinks , she started poppin off and she was merged in with the State who put in a complaint . People this place is Toxic stay away . I have yet to see a negative review where they took accountability of their failure ! This place needs to be shut down asap . I have messages and responses and everything I need to prove everything I am saying is fact not opinion ! Numerous time almost everytime The medicine was never sent then they swore they sent so you play back and forth phone calls , of course the pharmacy will answer but trying to get these people here on phone is almost impossible , i called 20 times back to back until they answered . Everytime I went to office it might have had either 2 at most people in waiting room or none so they were never to busy working to answer phones . Ive watched them ignore calls because they to busy talking about either a patient that just left or something and it was not proffessional talk it was talking down non people with giggle.s scattered in . This was awkward and shameful . Now I see a much better Dr that doesnt make you feel rushed or inferior and judged like GAD does . Take ADVICE AND TRUST THE NEGATIVE REVIEWS ITS ALL TRUE , STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE ITS IN YOUR BEST INTEREST TO SPEND YOUR MONEY AT A DOCTOR OFFICE THAT TREATS U LIKE YOU DESERVE TO BE TREATED"

"I've been a monthly patient there for 2 years now. I've been to many similar clinics, so trust me when I say this is the best group of doctors and staff I've ever dealt with. I primarily see Dr Lyndsey but I've dealt with the other providers when I had to alter my routine and was unable to see her, they're all very sweet and genuinely care. I have had the opportunity to go to "cheaper" places or places my insurance covers but I couldn't leave. Dr Lyndsey truly sets the standard for her profession. I've never been treated with the amount of respect and love that Lyndsey has shown to me.. bottom line is that you simply cannot fake passion & these docs are definitely passionate about what they do every single day and that is worth every dime. THAT is what sets this group apart from the others. I'm so truly grateful to have come across this place. I'm at a point mentally that I would've never achieved without my doctor."
