Reviews
"The Lafayette location is great! The one star reviews must be for the north locations that have closed, but the Lafayette location has helpful staff who are patient."
"Really Good Company...The Staff are really sweet and helpful...Anything and everything that I need is always taken care of with such grace. I highly recommend this company"
"Excellent service!! Lafayette office staff are awesome . Extremely professional and truly care about their clients!!"
"Terrible service. My son was scheduled for multiple appointments before he could see a counselor, including a video session with a doctor who seemed confused as to why she was screening him (and even though he has already been diagnosed by his primary care doctor). We finally set up an appointment with a counselor and my son's father took off work to bring him to their office. It turns out that the counselor was coming for a home visit, yet no one had let us know this (nor would we have been ok with that, since we have a rambunctious puppy who does not like strangers). The counselor also called 20 minutes after the appointment time to let us know that she was lost, which is when we found out that this was supposed to be a home visit. My son had been sitting in their waiting room for over thirty minutes and *no one* at Biltmore had *any clue* that he wasn't being seen at the office. My husband and I both work and the idea of having a counselor pick him up from his sitter and take him anywhere without us being present is not an acceptable solution for us, especially when it seems as if they are too unorganized to know when/how/where children are being seen. The amount of back and forth, issues setting appointments, etc. leaves me unable to recommend Biltmore to anyone."
"Very nice people. You often have to wait, but they're helpful. I like my doctor and my counselor."
