"This is the second time I've gone here and my last. Had my normal yearly exam said my vision got better! But when I got my new glasses I couldn't see far! Called them said give it 2 weeks for my eyes to adjust! Okay did that. Wore them almost 2 months! Still didn't work. I went back and the woman who "helped" me made it seem like I was stupid! Saying nothing is wrong with the prescription "mind you if I wear my old glasses I have no issues at all seeing" and that my glasses were not for being able to see far it was for up close! I see perfectly fine up close without glasses why would I need them to see close! Then she tried to tell me that it's because I went from smaller frames to larger frames and my eyes sit different! Um my prescription should be the whole frame! So I will not be coming here again. I wish I would have gotten the woman's name because she is why I won't be going back! I even spent 100 dollars on top what my insurance paid! A waste of my time and money! The extra money I spent was almost 6 hours of my time at work! I well could have spent that on my kids!"

"FIRST and LAST time coming here. I was out of contacts and my glasses were broken but my insurance was switched so I couldn’t go to my usual eye doctor which is where I’ve been going for YEARS and this is the only place I called who took my insurance and could get me in quickly. The wait was LONG there were FLIES flying around. Every time you finish one part of the appointment they sit you back in the waiting room, so I was put in the waiting room 3 or 4 times throughout the whole appointment. After picking out my glasses I was told they’d take 3-4 weeks so I asked if I could get a trial pair of contacts until they come in because I don’t have contacts or glasses (which is what my regular eye doctor would do) and they said not unless I pay $120 and order contacts! Then the lady said let me go see if we have your prescription for your glasses in the back, she came back and said we do have your prescription in the back but you would have to pay $20 to get them"
