"Literally everyone is so sweet !And they feed you very good like you can't even finish your food good the food is Delish! The psychiatrist,Nurses,Social workers and doctors listen to you and help you any way they can! I've been here for suicidal thoughts and depression which I've been dealing with for 6 years and I feel healed like I can literally began to move on on from my past trauma,hurt and abuse Being here and doing the recreational therapy (Coloring,Dancing, Drawing,and games have poured happiness into my heart couldn't think everyone in this place enough!"

"My loved one was sentenced her for being drunk on foot and lost. He asked for directions at a gas station and was hauled off by ambulance, to ochsners then transported here. They lied to me about where he was and would not let him use the phone when he finally came 2. They are sedating him w Trazidone and not giving him his regular medication. He cannot smoke, and for the majority of the day he's locked in a room. No Dr's on sight, only a nurse and a security guard. He said he would rather be in jail than this place. This is an absolute nightmare!"

"I had a loved one committed here. Her insurance was accepted, but they didn't give her the mental stability she needed. She came out and was committed the following day. I made sure to send her to a different facility to get the help she needed. "I went here when my family committed me for my drug addiction and found it barely helped me when I was most in need of help. The classes are not up to par or updated on the things that are much needed when in addiction or mentally unstable. They should be more educated on what is really needed and need to interview and dive deeper into why the patient is really there instead of just medicated them and worried about smoke breaks."
