"Called this office at 2:16pm 8/1/23 to reschedule an appointment. It was the most unpleasant interaction I have ever had when dealing with a receptionist. It was so unpleasant, I attempted to figure out who I was speaking with. I was told that several people answer the phone, and that the calls are recorded by a 3rd party company. Update: Against my better judgement I called to reschedule the appointment, due to them having availability. The appointment was scheduled for 8/29/23 at 9AM. When we arrived for the scheduled appointment, my brother was called to the back. He was informed that they couldn’t see him, due to a conflict of interest (my first review). I asked who made the decision, and I was told HR. As we were leaving, someone met us downstairs to tell him that they would still see him if he wanted. Also, I was told that they didn’t think anything was wrong with our first interaction…their opinion. I told them that if it was a conflict of interest for them, it was for us too. They could’ve said this over the phone, but instead decided to allow us to drive to the establishment for a scheduled appointment, knowing they had no plan to see him. Now, I double down on my first review. I don’t leave many reviews, because most interactions with businesses that you spend your money with are pleasant. As this is a doctor’s office, completely unacceptable! Maybe a call to the Board of Ethics is required."

"Appointment at 3 it’s now 4 and I’m still in the waitin room of only 5 people and have seen not one person get called for the whole hour I have Been waitin. Asked kindly 2 times what is goin on and we are”waitin on a room” but I have seen 2 people walk out and not a single person be called. Never have I ever say a dr office as slow as this. Honestly ridiculous so ridiculous I’m making google reviews."

"Very Unprofessional Office Staff!!! I called the office for a flu shot.....I proceeded to the office and was refused by the young lady who gives the injection because she stated that " She wasn't giving my flu shot because she would have to stop what she was doing to give my injection and she had to pick her kids up." After I was told on the phone that it would be ok. In my opinion.....VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. She got so upset that she literally wanted to ATTACK ME PHYSICALLY!!!!! The other ladies were holding her back as if to stop her from ATTACKING ME!!!! So they discharged me from the practice because I felt that I wasn't being treated like a Patient!!! DR. MANTHENA DO BETTER WITH YOUR STAFF. Is she really a "NURSE" WILLING TO RISK HER LICENSE BEHIND A FLU SHOT? ITS GIVING MEDICAL ASSISTANT VIBES...."
