"Found a few of their patient folders (with names/ss#'s, recent med files, etc) in a ditch on my daily walk. Called them and was told someone was on their way to pick the files up. Drove back an hour later; files still in the ditch. Called again; call center not too concerned. Said they'd pass on the information!"
"Was told upon arriving that my physical probably wouldn't be able to be done...due to there was no nurse practitioner available. But if I wanted to wait she was on the way...that was over 2 and a half hours ago..still waiting..will update when I probably get rescheduled..since the nurse obviously thinks there isnt a need for her at work on a Monday!.. Update:: Arrived at 10:30am. 2:01pm finally saw the nurse."
"staff is great. so helpful and really go the extra mile to help you."
"If I could give no stars I would. Very rude people. I tried to report about what happened but everyone knows everyone so there's no Point in making a complaint if you're looking for a place to go I suggest you don't go here."
"Ladies up front were really nice. But when you go to get any kind of injection where they have to swab you with an alcohol pad to sanitize your arm first, but then the tech fails to wear gloves.....that is not acceptable in any medical facility. Gloves should be worn for any test given."
