"Dr.Alampur, Chelsea Flitcraft FNP and staff are all first rate......however....the problem is trying to contact this office on the phone......when you call it's very rare that an actual person answers the call......almost always, the call is answered by a robotic answering machine system.......so the only thing you can do is leave a message.......and hope for a return call.....which may take a week or more.......and....if you happen to miss the return call.......then you're right back to square one.....This needs a fix ASAP........BTW.....None of the other medical offices that I use operate like this.....my calls are always answered by real people who deal with my needs.................Thanks, Larry............"
