"I cannot say enough about Access Dental & Orthodontics. For starters, it was so easy to get ahold of a REAL person to schedule an appointment & I was able to get an immediate appointment. Diana was the Dental Assistant who assisted Dr. Bassa with my exam. Diana did my X-rays and was very polite, professional, relatable. Dr. Bassa immediately recommended that I get my tooth extracted. I was able to get my tooth extracted the same day & Dr. Bassa was more light-handed than I expected him to be. My entire appointment including tooth extraction last about 2 hours. I was also pleased with the out-of-pocket cost. It was lower than I expected & I was able to set up a payment plan. I highly recommend not just Access Dental & Orthodontics but Dr. Bassa as well."

"Extremely Unprofessional Service” I arrived for my appointment on time, but I’ve been left waiting for over 2 hours without any attention. The lack of communication about their delay is unacceptable. My scheduled appointment time has long passed, and the disregard for punctuality is infuriating. I expected better professionalism from a dental clinic. This experience has been a complete disappointment, and I would strongly advise others to reconsider choosing this clinic for their dental needs."

"My family and I have been coming here for a while now, front staff are always friendly. I love the fact that they have a kid friendly waiting area. Really helps with my two kids while we wait to be called. Diana is such a sweet heart, always seems to be in a good mood. Very patient with my two kids who are 4 and 3. Dr.Durr is thorough in what I should look for in my kids teeth. Explaining everything and my kids luckily allows him to do his job. Overall from the moment we check in and check out, we leave happy."
