"Not exactly the friendliest customer service UPDATE: service is no better, and may be horribly worse, when you are involved in an accident. Agent showed zero concern or appreciation, was not helpful IN ANY WAY and just instructed me to "get the police report and call their insurance company".... just horrible customer service! The worse. She never offered info on how I could obtain a rental, even though I pay for the coverage on time EVERY month. Use ALLSTATE but if customer service is important to you, I would not consider this particular agency"
