"Horrible staff, and “Dr.” Don’t waste your time going there and find a real pediatrician. They misdiagnosed my son and were no help at all and her daughter is very rude."

"The new location is so much better than the first . Better environment , better employee attitude . front desk lady’s sweet & to the point. The first nurse that came in was very full of life, fast paced, and great energy for children. Slim lady with blonde hair. It’s very clean and spacious . New precautions put in place for sick or well children. They moved very quickly . I thought about switching her providers but after her shots yesterday I’m staying ."

"be careful when taking your children to the pediatricians in this place, they are very negligent, my baby got a skin infection where they gave him the vaccines and I suppose it was because they have very bad hygiene in that place. I would never recommend this pediatrician Mary Sohoski or Mary Ryan Tinnel to anyone because they are putting children's lives at risk and then by not taking responsibility they want to fix everything."

"Staff is very rude and can really care less about their patients. They can see 1 kid but not see the other sick kid. The waiting time is ridiculous then you actually go in the room and you’re there for literally 3 minutes. You’re also on hold for 10 minutes before they actually give you an appmt and forget what you called for. If i could give it no stars i would. Definitely will be looking for a new provider."

"Every single time I call I am asked to be put on hold. Every time. They say you child(ren) can be seen if they are sick immediately, but if your child needs to be physically examined you have to wait for a "well visit" slot to open. If my child(ren) is/are c/o chest tenderness why do they have to WAIT to be seen a month or two from now?! If a slot can be open to see a child, why not fill it? The woman who answers the phone is rude. The pediatrician is nice and shows concern, but I guess the front desk personnel isn't getting paid for care and concern. I do not recommend this office."
